We had constant noise for four nights straight and got no sleep. There was no respect for nighttime quiet at all. I complained to reception repeatedly, but it was pointless: the staff did nothing and acted like it wasn’t their problem. I also contacted the general manager, who never replied or showed any interest in fixing things. I’m deeply disappointed and very dissatisfied with the way guests are treated here. If peace, rest or basic respect matter to you, stay far away. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had.

I’m in Malta for four days with my teenage son, who understandably didn’t want to share a room with his old man. This place had a two-bedroom apartment at a very good rate, and it’s clean, friendly and self-catering. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, plus a 24-hour shop around the corner. The square is about a 10-minute walk away.

Parking is difficult in Malta, but at the Triton it was easy to find a space right outside. The place is basic, though very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend it for a budget holiday.

We stayed in an apartment, so having our own kitchen was great for making breakfast, and the bedrooms were quite spacious. Everything was very clean, and the sheets were changed regularly. Janice at reception was helpful, giving us information on public transport, places to eat and things to visit. We stayed with my parents at the beginning of September, and everything was perfect. We’ll stay at The Triton again next time we visit Malta. I recommend it to everyone!

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, looked nice and came fully equipped, with basically everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I also liked the location: bus stops nearby made it easy to get wherever we wanted. Definitely recommend!
