Osborne

Fatima welcomed us warmly at the Osborne Hotel after we took bus route 88 from the airport to the Valletta bus terminal and walked for 10 minutes. Since we arrived early, she offered to hold our luggage so we could go grab a bite. Her service was five stars, and the hotel was clean. The room was comfortable and tidy, with clean bedding and a bathroom that met what matters most to me. Breakfast was lovely, with full English and continental options, and there's a nice pool on the sixth floor. You can hear the church bell during the day. It gets quieter at night and didn't disturb my sleep, so I think it stops after some time. I totally recommend hoa hotel and would love to stay again.

For a 3 star hotel, it delivers, and I'd still give it 5 stars. The location is the best, the rooms are absolutely great, the cleaning is stellar, the food is diverse, and the general vibe was optimistic. The staff were good overall, though some came across as stiff and weren't especially helpful. Even those folks did their jobs, and the rest of the team was stellar, among the best I've encountered. Nobody's perfect.

We enjoyed our week here, especially the lovely breakfast and bar. The central location was great. Rooms are on the small side, and we had a few aircon issues, but those didn't spoil our stay. A big thanks to all the staff, particularly Fatimah at the front desk, who was always smiling and doing a great job.

Our room looked out over the two cathedrals and the bay, an out-of-this-world view. For my wife's birthday they even left a bottle of wine in the room. The staff, cleaners, and food were all very good, and I really can't fault the hotel. Thanks so much to everyone.
