There was mold in every possible color, no TV, risky stairs, animals, and the shower was over the toilet. After one night, my daughter had bites. Staying there is a health risk. It was impossible to communicate with the host team, and they never answered our questions.

The apartment was in terrible shape, damp and full of dirt and mold. I booked through Booking.com, but the property asked for a €100 bank transfer, saying they'd refund it after the stay. We contacted the manager the next morning to say we wanted to leave and asked for a refund, but received nothing. Later, after I posted a negative review, the property said it wouldn't refund my deposit unless I deleted it. I kept the review up and lost my deposit.
