Pamela runs the management exceptionally well. She's professional, responsive and truly attentive to what guests need. The rooms are comfortable, and the residence is well organized and maintained. Residence Le Lotus feels clean, peaceful, warm and welcoming.

I love the skyroom, though it really needs a wardrobe to hang clothes in.

The hotel is modest, so keep your expectations low, though the location is strategic. Full board was poor, and I didn't find the manager very honest. We asked twice about the New Year's Eve price because it wasn't clear, and nothing was written down. In the end, we were handed a hefty bill.
