OBiches Luxury Beachfront Apartment Trou-aux-Biches

The apartment had everything we needed. We stayed in two different, basically mirrored two-bedroom units, and both were well equipped. Thanks to Pinkie and Christine for helping us out. It’s right on the beach, with private parking, security and a great pool, and it’s close to a big supermarket and one of Mauritius’s best restaurants. We liked it so much that we cancelled our hotel in Grand Baye and rented another apartment here for a few more nights. I’d definitely recommend staying.

We loved the ground-floor villa, with its little garden and grass where we could sit. It’s set just behind the beachfront units, which suited us because people walk in front of the beachfront villas. There’s a lovely pool with sunbeds and a view of the sea and popular Trou aux biches beach. The place was clean, with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, and came with bedding, regular towels and beach towels. Everything in the kitchen worked, including the washing machine and dishwasher. We washed clothes during our seven-day stay. Shops are close, as are the other resorts. Our host Pinkie was wonderful. She helped with our late check-in, met us the next morning and took us to the supermarket to get food for the week. Three days later she even asked if we wanted to go sightseeing and offered to take us. She was a perfect host for our group of four, two adult women, a seven-year-old and a 22-year-old. This place was absolutely fantastic, a 10-star stay for us. We’re booking again in December and next June.

The villa was spacious and beautiful, with lovely sea views and a well-kept pool. There’s also a shower area on the property that helps keep things clean.

We had a brilliant stay and really loved the apartment, pool and beach. There’s plenty to do nearby, with lots of restaurants, and the location is great. The place suited our family or group of friends well, with everything we needed. We were treated so well throughout, and the monitored private parking was a plus. Strongly recommend it.
