The staff were super friendly and attentive, and even brought us complimentary drinks. They also let us bring in food and drinks, and offered to pick up food from the restaurant. Two of Veracruz’s best restaurants are right next door, so we spent the whole weekend relaxing at the hotel. It’s quiet, right on the beach, and has a large pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. The views are excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with super soft beds. Great spot for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. They showed us several rooms before we arrived, and everything was spotless, from the entrance and hallways to the garden and beach. There’s a steam room, sauna, showers, and a spa. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and based on my experience this one deserves 10/10. You won’t regret it. I’ve included photos of the facilities.
