The location worked well, with a large shopping mall and the Gulf of Mexico both less than a five-minute walk away. My experience was very positive: the staff were friendly and courteous, and the rooms were quiet, very clean, and had AC. The clean towels were arranged differently each day, sometimes like a swan. Breakfast was tasty and traditionally Mexican. I can definitely recommend the hotel if you're after authentic Mexican accommodation.

We stayed for three nights and found the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Gallerias Campeche, though a bit outside the historic center. That was fine for us since taxis there were cheap, 50 Pesos, and took 5 to 10 minutes. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and having a refrigerator was useful. Breakfast was included in our rate, with a good range of freshly prepared dishes. Everything we tried tasted really good except the waffles, especially considering what we paid.

I'd stay here again. The staff were kind, the rooms were just right, breakfast was delicious, and the pool was a pleasure to use. A wonderful hotel.
