We were happy with our stay, and my family and I got good rest. The staff are super friendly, Oxxo is right across the street, and El Centro is an easy walk. The rooms are plain, not fancy, but clean and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and it serves its purpose. I'll definitely come back.

The stay was way too expensive for the service. The pillows were dirty and smelled bad, and they didn't replace them because the guy didn't know how to handle it. Their policies aren't good either. Other guests were too noisy, and staff did nothing, so I had to leave the hotel at 3 in the morning. A terrible experience.

It's easy to explore the historic center of Ciudad Guzmán on foot from this well-located hotel. The room had very up-to-date furnishings and TV, and parking was available and secure. Wi-Fi barely worked in my room, though it was easy to use in the lounge. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast only and is closed on Sundays.
