The rooms were in okay shape, although they could use some updates, and the property was nice and clean. This works better for a business trip in the area. The location is congested and industrial, with no restaurants within walking distance, and it's too far out if you want to enjoy historic Querétaro center.

The staff were great and celebrated my birthday in such a sweet way. It's not their fault this Courtyard doesn't feel like a typical Marriott, but the hotel's amenities left a lot to be desired. We ate at the restaurant once, and the meal was expensive and just okay. If you're visiting QRO for vacation, look into one of the small boutique hotels in the historic city center.

I couldn't sleep because the highway noise was so loud, and then the TV suddenly turned itself on in the middle of the night, waking me with its light. The bathroom had broken tiles and a toilet stained with urine. I also saw dead cockroaches and mosquitoes. It was a nightmare.

The staff are quite friendly, but the rooms have old furniture, and there were some brown spots on the towels.

The bar service from Eduardo was excellent 👌, and the staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good, especially the omelette and enchiladas. The rooms are large and generally clean, and the location makes it easy to get downtown. Great value for the price.
