Extended Suites Ciudad Juarez Consulado

Having a kitchenette in the room worked well for my two-week stay, and Walmart, the mall, restaurants, a movie theater, and the consulate were all less than five minutes away. We could walk everywhere and my sister and I felt very safe. The room was clean and just right, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again if I return to Juárez.

The lobby had a sewer smell, and the staff left trash in the elevators, which smelled awful. In the rooms, the walls had micas, and the restrooms had black mold with drywall cracking around the mold. The rooms felt filthy and unsanitary. Don't waste your time here. It was the worst experience you could have.

We stayed 14 days, and for the price it was the best choice. The rooms were roomy enough, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen area was good. Everything we needed for visa processing was within walking distance, and the staff were kind and helpful. Laundry was a little costly, at $11 for one washer and one dryer.

If you're staying over a week and trying to save money, this is a great option. It's among the most affordable hotels nearby, with a fridge, microwave, and small stove. Don't be too picky, but the staff are awesome and make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager is one of the best. Thanks, Carlos, for keeping such good vibes going through our process!
