There was no room service, and the windows were broken. The sheets were stained, the floor and furniture were dusty and dirty, and the towels and bathroom weren't clean either. I also found spiders.

I found it handy for a quick stay near the hospitals, and the bathroom was presentable. There's air conditioning, and they take both cash and cards. But the hotel is extremely basic, and the app photos gave a better impression than the place itself. We were given only a thin, see-through sheet, and the cleaning product smell was overpowering. Getting to the rooms means going down a narrow, dim hallway. The staff seemed indifferent, chatting among themselves and giving very little information. They also ask to hold your ID in exchange for the air conditioning and TV remotes. Parking is basically on the street.

The location is good, and with some supervision the place could be much better. The rooms are basic, which is understandable for the price, but they weren't clean from the moment I walked in. Green grout showed between the bathroom tiles, so I sprayed disinfectant everywhere.

Downstairs rooms have kitchens, and the internet worked fine there. The prices are very affordable, and they stay the same for three people, only going up during Holy Week. For what you pay, this hotel is really good.
