The shower drain was clogged, and the sheets were stained and had hair on them. The room was dirty, breakfast was cold, and the customer service was horrible. I won't come back.

The beds and pillows were clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the hotel has plenty of parking, a pool, and a nice setting. This was my second stay. The first time I had no issues, but this time there was a dead cockroach in the shower and I couldn't get the sink unclogged. Breakfast is available for an extra charge when you book. They issue invoices without any trouble, and it's worth asking whether your company has a lodging discount.

Isabel, Ana, and José were kind and attentive during my stay, and some other employees also made a real effort to help. That was a bright spot in an otherwise unsatisfactory visit, with poor attention and attitude from other staff. I was there October 15th to 30th, 2025. Jocelin at reception was unfriendly, and each evening when I came back from work to pay, they asked again whether I was extending, even though I'd already told them. For more than a week, there was no hot water in the mornings. I reported it several times, but nobody offered a fix. Once, my room also started smelling strongly of sewage. Óscar, who was in charge of reception, asked how many more days I planned to stay. When I said the whole week, he said I needed to pay for all the remaining days in advance to "block" the room. I find that unreasonable. Other chain hotels I've stayed at haven't required this kind of prepayment.
