The room was clean, but a strong sewage odor filled it. We ran the AC and water hoping it was just from the room being closed up, but the smell stayed, and it woke me in the morning. After we arrived, we were told only one room was available, despite calling at 11 p.m. to say we'd get there around 1 a.m. We were exhausted, so we went to bed. There were leaks at the sink and toilet, hot water ran out after two showers, the TV remote barely worked, and there were holes, missing outlet covers and no vanity lights. No restaurant, food, ice machine, or washcloths either. I called the desk about the problems and got no apology. They later offered a refund over WhatsApp, but I didn't feel right taking it since we had slept there and showered. My family and I won't return, and I wouldn't recommend it. See pics.

The rooms were comfortable and really nice. It’s also pet friendly and in a great location.

The staff did try to help when we ran into problems, including moving me to another room for the internet and sending someone to fix it. The TV issues never got sorted, though. Coffee wasn't available when we arrived at 7 p.m. or the next morning at 8. There’s secure parking close to the rooms, and a closet with hangers, but nowhere for toilet paper except the toilet tank, nowhere to hang a shaving kit or hand towel. No restaurant on site, though some good ones are nearby. The location works well along my route. Most of the other issues are small things many hotels provide, but this was my third visit and each one has been worse. Maybe I just had an isolated run of problems, but I’d only suggest it if all you need is a room.
