The position is the best part: just a few metres from the Parque, with its foodstalls, and from the 10 de Mayo grocery and wet market. There are more dine-in options there too, especially for a local hot breakfast. I stayed four nights, and for the November 2025 price it was more than adequate and good value. The bed was good, there were plenty of linens, and the bathroom was small but efficient. Hot water arrived after a few seconds with very good pressure, and the Wi-Fi was strong. They keep an eye on visitors and want to charge when someone comes by during the day. I can understand an extra fee if a person stays overnight, but for a visit at 10 am? I really hope this is about safety measures in Chiapas rather than charging guests for a daytime visitor. Apart from that, I'd recommend the place and would happily return.

The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in for a really long time, and the rooms are spacious. Hot water worked well, and they provide soap, shampoo, and toilet paper for free. They'll clean the room daily if you want. It's also very conveniently close to the city center. My only downside is the price. There are definitely cheaper places to stay in Comitan. Otherwise, a very nice stay! 😊

At 350 pesos for two people, the price makes sense. At 480, it doesn't. Booking online is cheaper. The rooms are decent, but the service was pretty bad and lazy. You can easily find nice double rooms near the center for around 200 mxn.

I've stayed here many times over the years, and I love the place, the location, and the staff. It's very quiet at night. Five stars, hands down.
