It’s quiet, clean, affordable, and in a great location, with kind staff who clearly try to make you comfortable. The rooms and location are easy to recommend. Four people can fit if they don’t bring much luggage; with a lot of bags, it’s better to choose somewhere else or get two rooms. I came with a lot of baggage and managed fine in a twin room with one companion. We arrived early in the morning, exhausted from the trip, and the clerk kindly let us have the room then. I’m very grateful for that. It has everything and is worth it.

The breakfast was delicious, and there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was my first time here, and the friendly, welcoming staff and clean hotel made a great impression. The place even smelled clean.

I had a bad stay here. At 8 a.m. on my second morning, while I was asleep, another guest walked into my room. Reception had given him the room by mistake, apparently thinking nobody was staying there. Then at 7 a.m. on the third day, the cleaning lady knocked very loudly and asked if I was leaving then or waiting until the 1 p.m. checkout so she could come in and do her lousy hotel cleaning.

The location is super convenient, right by FORUM Culiacán, the newest and nicest mall in Culiacán, in the heart of the Tres Rios development. The customer service was professional and great, and both the rooms and room service were great too. Breakfast was included, hot, and delicious. There are free computers with internet in the lobby, plus free WI-FI. Highly recommended.
