Fascinating.

What I appreciated most was the excellent service from the staff. The hotel is well equipped, with clean, comfortable rooms, warm blankets for chilly weather, and a small pool. There’s also a restaurant big enough for a party, plus outdoor tables for relaxing or eating outside. The lovely views give the place a special touch.

We chose this place because of the reviews, but we really didn’t sleep well. The view is beautiful, the people are very friendly, and the location works well for visiting Tlalpujahua and El Oro. Still, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were extra hard 😥. The shower leaked into the bathroom, and we were cold ❄️. The food was way overpriced 🫣. There was nothing for my girls to watch on TV 📺, apparently no Wi-Fi, and charging our phones was difficult because there weren’t any outlets either. We’d never stay there again 😔

The meals are delicious, and the service is so friendly it makes you feel like family. This is a completely rustic hotel, surrounded by nature and away from town, with a countryside feel that makes it easy to relax. It’s on the highway, just five minutes from El Oro. The hotel is in Tlalpujahua municipality, right on the border with El Oro. If you need a place to rest before visiting those two magical towns, it’s a very good option.
