Villa Victoria

The view was amazing and the place felt relaxing. We've rarely had service this good, and the staff were extremely friendly. It's one of the best places I've been in Mexico. We'll be back.

The big deck was our favorite part. It had lots of comfortable chairs, and we moved all our meetings outside to enjoy the fresh air and fantastic valley view. We used the property for a staff retreat with 12 people, and it worked perfectly. It was clean, nicely furnished, and well cared for. Estela (virtually) and Jorge (on-site) were amazing hosts who made sure we had what we needed. The deck has no railings and a 2 meter drop, though, which is a bit dangerous. It was fine for our group of adults, but I probably wouldn't bring my kids or grandkids with that unprotected edge. That's a shame because the property would be amazing for families with kids, especially with the playground, and I'd love to bring my family here.

The property is beautiful, with tables where you can relax, and it was the best place we've stayed in Valle out of the four or five we've tried. The hot tub was amazing, the room was large and perfect, and we slept great in the bed. There's a quiet a/c unit and a large shower, plus bikes to rent and ride around. I highly recommend it!

The scale of Villa Victoria is wild, yet it’s still surprisingly central. We were 15 people and everyone loved it. There’s loads to do, including games, a jacuzzi, and a pool, and it looks just as luxurious in person as it does online. Imanol and Olga were wonderful, from greeting us with wine and fruit to booking restaurants and being quick to respond. We had an incredible stay and couldn’t recommend the villa or its staff more.
