The facilities are decent, but the poor service leaves a bad impression of the hotel. In the afternoons, the man at reception had a terrible attitude and seemed very reluctant to help, as if having guests were a favor to him. The young man and woman working mornings clearly understand customer service. I definitely wouldn't return because of the afternoon receptionist's behavior.

It's a good hotel, though the mattresses are hard and the rooms have so little ventilation that they smell musty.

The rates are very affordable, so it's a good place for a night. There are a few small things they could improve, but I think that would push the room price up enough to make the place less appealing.
