A solid, comfortable place to stay while passing through. It's a little shabby, but still decent.

The room was very clean, and the service was good. The location is great, with the plaza and el centro de Gomez close by, and the price was good too.

The front office staff and maintenance team were outstanding. The problem came at breakfast. On the first day, Alfredo the waiter treated me differently because I wasn't dressed in business attire like the other guests. My money is green too. I tipped Alfredo after breakfast and left, but on day two he was cold to me and my guest. He said, “youre going to tip me better this time right? Not like yesterday”. His rudeness spoiled my appetite. I explained that a tip comes from appreciation, not obligation. Because of the poor staff selection in the dining area, I give this place 2/5 stars.

The hotel itself was okay, and we stayed because we couldn't find another pet-friendly option. Around it, though, the neighborhood looks like it's literally falling apart. It's sad to see a city that seems so clearly neglected by its elected officials.

We felt good about our family's safety here, and I could sleep without worrying about the vehicle in the well-lit parking area. The service was great, and the rooms were spacious. It was pricey for my family, but worth paying for, almost like being at Disneyland. I'd recommend this hotel.
