Capital O Hotel Del Parque Guadalajara

I’ve stopped in for lunch and dinner. You can sit outside and choose Mexican or more American-style food, but it’s VERY average and nothing stands out. They don’t have Mayo either, which they should fix.

We ended up here because the place we originally booked, casa Villasanta, had a water issue and relocated us. The entrance desk staff were kind, and it’s cheap and well located, but the rooms were quite dirty. The bathrooms were somewhat clean, but the floor was very dusty, sheets often had spots, and the surfaces all seemed rarely cleaned. The old windows don’t block much noise, either. After our first night, the bed was remade with the sheet tucked so short we couldn’t cover ourselves. See the pictures for more detail. It’s an okay budget option, but really not worth the four stars shown on Google reviews. The place is quite ugly too, though that alone wouldn’t be a problem.

The rooms don’t look like the photos, and there’s no AC.

At around 79 pesos, the Sunday buffet is cheap, which makes it a decent deal. There aren't many dishes to choose from, and I've had tastier food nearby. The location is great, though.
