The sink didn't work, the sheets didn't look clean, and the shower was just a pipe sticking out of the wall with no shower head. The place is run down and the service was horrible. I booked through Expedia, but what they advertise isn't what you get. When I tried speaking with the front desk, they were dismissive and unprofessional. Expedia offered no alternative, and I could wait hours before actually speaking to someone.

There was no water for showers or the toilet. It was loud, and the place felt unsafe.

From the street, all I could see was a door in the middle of the shopping area, but inside I found a nice, clean hotel with about 50 rooms. The staff were very nice, and at 300 pesos it was the best deal in the area.
