I've stayed in hotels for over 30 years, and the overnight concierge or Bell person working October 16th to 17th gave me the best customer service I've ever seen. I walked to the 7-11 next door for water, wet wipes, and paper towels that I like having in my room. He noticed me coming back and brought water, coffee supplies, and toilet paper to my room. He was paying attention and went far beyond what he needed to do. He earned a típ and a special thanks here. I hope he gets promoted soon, he has the ability to be a great manager someday. The hotel looks brand new after its remodel, and the rooms, restaurant, room service, and location are all top notch. The front desk employees are great too. The staff overall are incredible, helpful, and friendly.

The rooms are old, and the thermostat stays warm with no way to adjust it. Some rooms look straight onto a wall, with no view at all. It's right downtown, but there's not much to do at night. I strongly recommend staying closer to Chapultepec street instead, where there's more to do throughout the day and night and the area feels much more alive.

This was my third stay, and the place is very nice and clean. Customer service is awesome, especially at the front desk. Highly recommend it if you need a nice hotel in Guadalajara Jalisco ☺️

Every time I visit the BEATIFUL GUADALAJARA, this is my go-to hotel. I love how the staff greet customers, and check-in is easy, professional, and pleasant. Can't wait to come back. THANK YOU staff.

The location is good, and there's parking at the back. Staff and service were good, but the beds and pillows need replacing. They were doing work in other rooms on our floor, and the noise sometimes went on from about 9am-5pm. That's all I can say about the place.
