Such an unusual hotel, with open spaces and terraces all around. There’s even a tree on the fourth floor growing right through the ceiling. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I nearly left some toiletries behind, but they put them in my backpack while I was out.

The view and location are nice, but the service level wasn’t acceptable. There was no English-speaking staff at the front desk, which I think is unacceptable for a hotel. At check-in, I showed my Korean ID and the woman laughed, saying, “Front Chinese letter, back English. Funny.” I found that offensive. Even after I told her it was Korean, she didn’t apologize. Loud guests kept me up until midnight. I called the front desk, but the male staff member couldn’t speak English, so he came and banged on my door in the middle of the night. Later, I went to collect a gift a friend had left, and the woman first told me, “no gifts,” then asked to take a photo of my face on her phone to report.

I loved the multilevel layout and the great city view. The hotel is right in Centro and has an elevator, though you still have to climb one flight of stairs from the entrance to reach it. The staff were eager to help.

Loved the architecture and the staff. I could smoke my "stogie" on the fourth-floor and upper patios too. Amazing hotel. A+ to the staff and owner, keep it going!....
