Hotel del Conde

The location was great, but the room wasn’t properly equipped for guests. There was just one outlet, by the bathroom sink, and the bathroom and shower were a neglected, outdated mess. The beds were rock hard, so my family and I had an uncomfortable night. At least we only stayed one night. This place needs a serious deep clean and renovation.

I booked this because of the location and the three beds, since we’re a family of five. The people who helped us were very helpful, and the location was good, but that didn’t make up for the condition of the room. The bathroom urgently needs an update. It looked old and dirty, and the towels were extremely worn, thin, and brown instead of white, worse than the towels I use to wash my car. At $88 a night, that was really disappointing. They showed me two more rooms and they were all about the same. We left because there was no way I was going to have my kids shower in that bathroom with those towels. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They need to invest in the place if they want to charge that price.

A modest place with kind, pleasant people. It’s clean and quiet, although the furniture looks old. There’s a small parking lot for just a few cars, so arrive early if you need a spot. It also has an elevator.

The food was great, and the view of the buildings was lovely.
