We had a window problem in our room, and it got cold at night. The manager's only suggestion was to give us an extra blanket. It felt like management stopped caring about our stay once we'd paid. The whole hotel is loud, and guests aren't asked to lower their TV volume or keep the noise down. Also, despite what management might say, it's not close to the historic center.

The room was clean, and the receptionist was attentive and polite, but another receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. My stay wasn't pleasant. The rooms are small and have no air conditioning. They advertise internet, but I could never connect, and the televisions had no signal. There were no towels, and the shower water was cold. They also say there are rules, but never show them to you. Everything seems to cost extra or come with a hefty fine.

For what I paid, I think I used my money well. Even luxury hotels have problems; what matters is how the staff handles them. Young Nacho gave us excellent service. 100% recommended.

The rooms are spacious, and the place feels safe and comfortable. It's a good walk to the center, but I still think it's worth staying here. They earn five stars from me for the cleanliness, attention, and service, not for luxury. This isn't a luxurious hotel, so don't come expecting that.
