The rate felt overpriced for what was included, especially since breakfast wasn’t part of it. The old building still had that “old hotel” smell even in my remodeled room, and the location is inconvenient if you need to get around Nogales. The price wasn’t transparent, either. They didn’t give me keys, so the guard had to let me into the room with a master key. I’d paid a similar rate at City Express the night before and got much better value there. I read the recent one- and two-star reviews before booking anyway, and they were right. I probably won’t return.

We left a phone behind on checkout day by accident. Getting through to the front desk was a nightmare, so another department emailed them about the lost item. They replied that the phone hadn’t been left there, and nothing got resolved.

Watch out when booking: the app says some services are included, but once you arrive at the property you may be told something different. Also be careful ordering at the restaurant, since some food is expired or rotten.

10/10
The rooms were clean and modern, and the parking felt safe and was well lit. We had a surprisingly good meal in the dining room, and the staff were very good. It’s a bit hard to find, so use Google. From our experience, this is one of the best-quality hotels anywhere in Nogales.

For the high price, breakfast should be included, but it costs $13+ dollars and comes with awful coffee and service. There’s no microwave or refrigerator, and the coffee situation in the room is bad or nonexistent. City Express is just around the corner and a much better value.
