The rooms are good and the service is too. Its location makes it easy to get into town or take the roads out to other places.

The rooms themselves are comfortable, but I wouldn't book over the phone. I was told a promotion required half the payment by bank transfer and the rest on arrival. At reception, we found out they no longer work with OYO. The manager was helpful, though, and found a room for all six of us who'd been left stranded, for $650. Better to show up and pay there.

We had a reservation, yet waited in the lobby for more than forty minutes and nobody opened the door. The customer service numbers listed didn't pick up. When they did, they were only for reservations and sent us back to the main number, where nobody answered. A frustrating waste of time. I wouldn't recommend going.

It's near the city center and Bodega Aurrerá. The room was great, with hot water and a TV. Booking online is a scam, though, so I'd just go there and pay in person.

We booked the 31st for first place, then found it closed when we arrived. No one came to the door despite our knocking until 1 am. The police eventually showed up after getting a call about people trying to break in, but the hotel never showed its face. Awful service and a terrible experience.
