Real 1900

The location is perfect, and I stayed six nights without any problems. My room was clean when we arrived, the bathroom was spacious, and I loved that the shower had a window for ventilation. The shower was very clean, though the toilet could have used a bit more cleaning. The AC worked well, and there was a ceiling fan too. Staff could have been friendlier, but I had no issues. I ordered room service a few times, and everything was good each time. Breakfast was included, with fresh fruit, toast, coffee, and juice. Housekeeping was friendly and attentive. I chose to have the room cleaned just once, though daily cleaning is available. Thank you, I'll be back when I return to Iguala. ☺️

Traveling with my wife, two young kids, an elderly lady, and another family of three, we really needed a good night's sleep, and found it here. There were no barking dogs or honking cars. We hadn't booked any hotels before coming to Mexico, and this is the best stay we've had so far, out of four places. The room loses a star because the area behind both doors was dirty, as if a previous guest had spilled a drink.

The restaurant and bar terrace are a nice part of Real1900, with a great meal and an amazing view of the city of Iguala. The rooms are clean, the service is great, and it's an excellent place to rest. It has the quality of a 5 star hotel.

The staff are nice, and I'd stay here next time I'm at my parents' home. I highly recommend it. It might be cleaner than 5 star hotels back in the states.
