Hotel Casa HX - Adults Only

We’re so glad we found Casa HX after a stressful start in Holbox. We’d first booked elsewhere, but it wasn’t quite what we wanted, so we went for a walk and came across this hotel. Emiliano quickly helped us out, showed us a spacious, clean, lovely room, arranged a taxi, and even came along to our previous hotel to collect our luggage. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and the service goes above and beyond. You can text reception with questions, and they’re happy to arrange things. It is a little farther from downtown, which helped us sleep well, and staff made getting into town by taxi easy. Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, and we had a great time by the pool, playing foosball and watching the sunset from the rooftop. Our room was clean, and the staff were amazing, making us feel at home and offering great advice and service. The restaurant was good too, with delicious fish and a very nice breakfast. We visited in rainy season, so there were some puddles on the way in. Bring bug spray and a little adventurous spirit and you’ll be fine. It’s far from downtown and there are mosquitoes, but the place is worth it.

The staff were kind and helpful in every way, and this end of the island is much more tranquilo. There’s a great beach nearby, and Punta Coco is fantastic. The rooftop bar is the best spot for sunset. A wonderful place. Gracias por una semana perfecta!

The rooftop views are stunning, and both swimming pools were clean and quiet. The hotel is a little way from the center, but that keeps it peaceful and away from the crowds, and it’s an easy walk or cycle in. Emiliano, Daniel, Manuel, and the rest of the team gave us friendly, personal service. We could’ve stayed forever and would come back.
