We felt safe the whole time, and the grounds were clean. The staff were helpful, the restaurant next door served good food, and parking was easy with our car safe. It’s convenient for getting around town, and Las Grutas de Tolantongo is about an hour away by car. I’d recommend it if you’re driving. The mattresses could be better. We rented a junior suite, and its bathroom could have used an extra door.

I’d rate it 3.5. The bathrooms in the rooms don’t work properly. I was told the regional water has minerals that somehow corrode or build up grime in the pipes. Still, the customer service is top notch, and the restaurant, rooms, and recreational areas are all clean and well maintained. We come back year after year because of the service and how clean the hotel is. It’s close to everything and very safe. Thanks to all the staff.

The location was very convenient, and the hotel was clean with nice amenities. Staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was truly remarkable. Hands down, the best hotel in town. 100% recommend it, don’t hesitate to book!
