It’s a really nice house, but there’s little privacy. The pool attendant and cleaning lady can be inside before you know it. Some shoes and two kilos of sugar also went missing, and when we raised it, we were told they weren’t responsible for losses. Yet they charge you even for a towel if it looks dirty with dirt. 🤨

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful home and hope to stay again soon. We visited earlier this year, and despite older Google Maps reviews, we always had hot water in the showers. The cleaning service was the one disappointing part. The staff charged us for a water jug they said we had “disappeared.” We paid to avoid trouble, but heard them complaining several times about their work, previous guests, and possibly us. They agreed to do our laundry, but were rude about it. The living room could use more thorough, frequent cleaning: the sofas have old stains, and the cleaning overall felt superficial, though acceptable. I hope they take these comments into account.

The kitchen is very well equipped, and the owners are wonderful people. The house does lack hot water in the showers, which is especially hard for children who aren’t used to lukewarm water. It would also be better if every bedroom had its own full bathroom.

My family and I have been staying here since Thursday and are leaving tomorrow morning. We’re heading back to Mexico City through Ixtapa Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH). We’ll probably land at Felipe Ángeles International Airport (NLU), while it looks like the others will arrive at Mexico City International Airport (MMMX).
