I love the thermal pool and the lighthouse by the lake. It's a lovely, quiet place to get away from the city's noise and fast pace.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the thermal pool wasn't warm. On top of that, it was impossible to rest. Picture gardening motors and kids screaming from 7 a.m. on a Sunday, then a moody receptionist asking us to pay again even though the fee was already covered. That happened at 8 p.m. on Saturday while we were trying to enjoy time with our family. Worst place and service in Jocotepec. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My family loved it here! It's a safe, clean, and inventive place, with an excellent spot for camping. And that thermal pool is amazing! 😍

For the price, this place offers too little. The cabin is tiny, and they don't even provide towels for the pool. I felt disappointed and ripped off. I wouldn't recommend it or come back.

It's a bit tucked away, but we had a great time. The place is lovely, the thermal pool is really comfortable, service was good, and the restaurant served delicious food 😋 I'd recommend it.
