Good WiFi, a great location, free parking, and complimentary toiletries. But it was loud. The fridge and AC were very noisy, and my room was right by the entrance, so I kept getting disturbed by people opening and slamming the door. The AC is in the kitchenette, and the remote doesn't work from the bedroom, so you have to get up to use it. The foam mattress wasn't very comfortable, and there's no TV. The unit needs paint and maintenance. There's a coffee pot in the kitchen but no coffee, and they don't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. I've stayed at many places in La Paz for the same price that were much better quality.

The rooftop terrace was my favorite surprise, and it worked perfectly for my friend and me since we both work remotely. The caretaker was lovely and helpful with anything we needed, and even did our laundry, which we really appreciated. Great value, just two blocks from the malecón, with a quiet setting and all the amenities. We'd definitely stay again.

The rooftop was fantastic, and the location was great, just a few steps from the melacon with cafes and restaurants all around. Check-in was easy through WhatsApp, and there was no worry about arriving late since the keys were left in a special key box. The WiFi was very good, and the kitchen was useful and well equipped. The cleaning lady was super friendly and kept the room very clean. The downside was that the bedroom windows faced the neighbors' kitchen, while the kitchen windows faced the neighbors' room, so there was no way to get natural light into the room.
