City Plus By Marriott León Centro de Convenciones

The bathroom outlet didn't work. I told the front desk several times, but nothing was done, so I had to use my hair dryer and straightener in the bedroom area.

The room was disgusting, and the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned. Too gross to describe. The place was tacky and noisy, and the service was very poor. This should be a one-star hotel. Avoid it.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. There's no refrigerator or cabinets for putting clothes away. For an overnight, I'd stay again, but after a week here I wished there were more amenities.

The rooms are big and nice, the staff are pleasant, and the location is great. Breakfast was good too, with hot eggs and beans, sweet bread, and other things. My only complaint is that I called the front desk for an extra pillow. There were only two per bed, and my husband uses two while I use one. They said they'd check, but never called back or brought it up. There wasn't an ice bucket in the room, so you need to ask when you arrive, but they did give us one. No other problems or complaints. I do highly recommend this hotel.
