The bed was comfortable, the location is good, and everyone was friendly. But there were several problems. They gave me a dirty room at first, then moved me. The TV remote didn't work, and they couldn't fix it. At 10 am they shut off the water without warning, and it never came back. The pool looked dirty and had no lights at night. This place has a lot of potential, but it needs more capable management with a clearer vision.

The pool was incredible, and everything looked very clean. I was delighted with the service. Every staff member was friendly and greeted me with a great attitude. I was very satisfied with the quality of service and would come back without hesitation.

Mr. Jaime was the best part, his attention was great. I also liked the promotional app price. The place is central and clean, but it isn't very quiet. It's between busy avenues, and some guests love honking or setting off their car alarms. The pool water was cloudy. There had been heavy downpours, so I hope that was the reason and not poor maintenance. The reception staff were the worst part, acting as though helping you was a favor. Restaurant prices were high too, $110 for a "Bohemia" 😅.

It's a spacious place, but the rooms smell strongly musty and the cleanliness could be much better. There are more affordable hotels in Los Mochis that are better.

I had trouble with the hot water, so they moved me to another room. Otherwise, it's a very nice hotel.
