The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them, and after we raised the problems the next morning, they readily moved us to a much better room at the back on the top floor. That room was quiet and clean, though the bathroom still had plenty of mold. Our first room, by the main road, was noisy and damp, with lots of mold in the bathroom. The toilet barely flushed, and although a bucket had been left there, filling it from the shower took forever. The location is handy, opposite the ADO station and about a ten-minute walk to centro. The pool was dirty, especially around the edges, and a dead pigeon stayed in the water for a day, so we didn't use it. We didn't try breakfast. The place feels worn out and needs care and investment. Fine for a night or two, but not really a holiday hotel.

It's an easy place to get around from, close to the ADO and central to everything in centro. The room was clean, the price was good, and I slept well. I could walk or take an Uber wherever I wanted to go, and I'd stay here again next time.

In room 57, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The room itself was clean and up to standard, with AC, a TV, towels, soap, and lotion. The staff were kind enough to let me stay two hours past checkout because I wasn't feeling well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but both rooms we tried had poor Wi-Fi. We had to switch because the shower didn't work in the first one, and they moved us to a room right beside a busy road. There, the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Depending on which room you get, the location can also mean a lot of traffic noise.

I booked four nights but started looking for somewhere else as soon as I arrived. The bed is hard, though there is AC, and the reception wasn't friendly. The hotel is close to the bus station, but I expected more. You can't open the windows, yet the street noise is loud. The hallways get hot and stuffy, and when it rains they put out towels and buckets to catch leaks. I haven't had breakfast here. A historic building shouldn't mean run down.
