We had trouble with the room: it was on the ground floor, right beside the parking garage, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The shower had no hot water, and the toilet barely flushed. The manager was helpful, but we wouldn’t stay here again. From the reviews we’d read, it seems the experience may depend on which unit you get.

The location is really convenient, but the apartments feel far from luxurious. The furniture is very old, and the sheets, pillows, and mattresses were stained. The kitchenette didn’t even have the basics. They advertise parking on the website, though finding a space isn’t easy.

A good choice for a longer stay in beautiful Merida. It’s clean, in a convenient spot, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is good, though English speakers won’t find many options on cable TV.

We’re grateful to the whole Suites del Sol family for making our three months here so special. The staff treated us like part of a Mexican family, and there was always help when we needed it, whether that meant medical attention, directions, a taxi, a restaurant suggestion, or something extra for the apartment. Nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s easy to see why so many renters return every year. Thank you, Señor Terrats, Thelmy, Pancho, Germán and Gloria, for all the care you gave us.

Thelmy is so kind and helpful. My wife and I have come here a few times for a winter getaway, and we love both the building and the area. There are some great restaurants and shops close by.
