The apartment had everything we needed, and the building had a relaxed feel. The rooftop was a calm, open place to spend time. Eric and the team were friendly and helpful, and made for a comfortable stay. One small suggestion: fitted sheets would stay on the bed better, since the bed sheet and duvet sheets come loose easily. I’d also prefer firmer pillows, though that’s just my personal preference. Thanks for everything.

Wilson, the concierge, was the only person who helped us during this awful stay. After three nights of complaining and getting no sleep, we finally got moved from the second floor to the sixth. The new floor still had problems: only the bedrooms had proper blackout shades, so it was very hard for anyone sleeping on the pullout couch, and neither room had working TV remotes. The walls were thin enough that we could hear everything in the hallway. We’d booked a room with a balcony, but ours was on the second floor, where anyone somewhat athletic could climb up to it. The balcony door lock didn’t work, so someone could open it from outside. The nightclub or bar across from the property was extremely loud at all hours, and the rooms had no soundproofing. It was possibly one of my worst travel experiences. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The customer service was a real highlight, especially Ale Pena, my host. I left a ring in the unit, and he found it, took pictures, and walked it over to mail back to me the next day. Communication was great, and I highly recommend the place. It’s a cozy, central spot right in the heart of the city. The apartment had everything I needed, including floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout shades, A/C, a full kitchen, and a very comfortable king bed.

The lifts were out, so I had to haul a 20kg bag and a 6kg bag up six flights of stairs. The woman at the counter made zero effort to help, and didn’t even ask if I was okay, though she could hear me struggling. I was crying on the way up and no one offered to help. Absolutely horrid. I want a refund. It was the worst experience. No humanity, and I would not recommend it at all.
