The sheets had stains and hair on them, and when we asked the receptionist for clean ones, the replacements were dirty too. The room itself was extremely dirty, smelled unpleasant, had no air conditioning, and didn't even include drinking water. We couldn't open the window. The entrance was in very poor condition, inside a passageway that felt unsafe and unwelcoming. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are much better options for less money.

We stayed for two nights and I got a really good rest. The place is small and clean, a good fit if you mainly need somewhere to sleep. The staff were lovely, and the drinks and snacks were priced well. We were there on the night of the earthquake, and the staff moved quickly and kindly to get us somewhere safe. Thanks for everything, I’d definitely recommend it.

The location made it easy to get around, and we’d happily stay here again. The rooms are simple but extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were very nice and efficient.

We were really happy with our stay. The people were so nice and professional, especially Joana at the front desk, the night receptionist, and the security guard. Customer service was excellent.

The staff were very good, but the rest was disappointing. It was expensive, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the safe had no battery. They advertise a shuttle, but don’t actually provide one.
