Cozy Stlish Rooms in Polanco

We came to Mexico City on business and would definitely stay here again. Everyone was kind and polite, and the hotel looked after us so well. The man at the front door was always there to help with our luggage and my daughter’s stroller, and Jenny at the front desk was helpful throughout. A special thanks to ROBERTO on the kitchen Terrace, who was wonderful and went out of his way with the food and service. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Muchas gracias a todos, especialmente a Roberto por nuestros desayunos y la atención tan especial que brinda a todos los clientes. Gracias al señor de la puerta que fue de mucha ayuda y también a Jenny en la recepción. Thank you very much.

The location is good, and the staff are friendly. Roberto was very helpful. Unfortunately, there were water problems, and nobody told us, apologized, or offered a discount.

The terrace was lovely for breakfast, and the service was excellent. My single room was clean, pleasant, and comfortable for a short stay, with everything I needed. At night the lighting wasn’t good for working on a computer, and the desk chair was uncomfortable. They brought me a better chair than the one in the room.

The staff were friendly, but there were several issues. Breakfast had to be eaten outside, cleanliness was underwhelming, and the attached photos are of a single bed. The shower flow was weak from limescale, the faucets were clogged, and attention to detail was poor: two people were assigned the same room at the same time.
