Traffic here is horrendous, and there isn't accessible public transport. You're basically stuck in an office park. Parque La Mexicans looks right next door as the crow flies, but it's an hour's walk because there's no sidewalk. Driving there takes 14 minutes with traffic. For the price, I expected more. Breakfast was nice, but the room came with just two tiny bottles of water. There's no fridge, the toilet wouldn't flush and they never fixed it after I messaged them on WhatsApp, and getting onto the WiFi was complicated. It feels overpriced for what's offered.

The front desk supervisor provided horrible service and took no responsibility for the misinformation I'd been given when booking.

The hotel is about a seven-minute walk from the Santa Fe Conference Center, and the rooms are comfortable. Service was quick and polite, and breakfast was amazing. The restaurant and bar are also very good, day or night. It is far from the city, but that felt like an acceptable trade-off for a conference visit.

The rooms are quiet and cozy, and Santa Fe is a great location for them. The BBVA convention center, several shopping areas, and la Mexicana park are all within walking distance.

A month and five phone calls later, I'm still waiting for them to correct an invoice and issue a refund. They charged me randomly without explaining why. Nobody returns my calls or answers my emails, and they just lie on the phone. I'm still trying to sort it out as I write this. Worst service ever.
