My one real gripe was the noise coming through from the hallway. Room doors slam hard late at night and early in the morning, and people talk loudly out there as if they’re in their living room. That room-to-hallway connection was especially unpleasant here. The room itself was spacious and nice, the service was good, the location worked well, and the quality was strong for a very competitive price.

The king-size bed was big and comfortable, and the room felt cozy. There’s also a large shopping mall next door with lots of food choices. In the evening, the Wi-Fi can get glitchy. The shower temperature kept changing between too hot, lukewarm, and cold, which was confusing. Breakfast didn’t measure up to other hotels in CDMX. There wasn’t a kettle in the room, and they only supplied one bottle of mineral water. Thankfully, you can buy water at the OXXO downstairs in the mall.

I had a nice stay, and the view of the city from my room was lovely.

Our rooms and the location were fine, and the front desk staff were kind and very helpful. The rest of the staff were rude and unhelpful, answering our questions with “no” and making no effort to help or explain. We were there on an airline voucher, but I definitely wouldn’t stay again.
