We arrived late and found the water had been shut off for maintenance that day. Nobody had told us, so we had a hotel room with no running water 😅.

The AC and fridge both didn't work, and the pillows felt like rocks. Music from the roof was loud enough that my wife and I couldn't sleep at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The rooftop club plays music through the night, and you can hear it from your room. It also seems to sit empty most of the time. The low-rise hotel itself feels poorly built. I can't imagine why Galeria Plaza would put a nightclub up there.

This works well as a conference venue. Just keep in mind that Uber Eats drivers can't enter the complex by car, they have to come in on foot.

My favorite part was the rooftop, with its pool, restaurant, and great views. The Sunday brunch up there is worth considering, too. The hotel has a range of amenities, friendly staff who speak English, and a decent location within reach of UNAM. The giant Mexico flag looks amazing from here, and the shopping center is about a 20-minute walk away. For a quieter stay, I'd pick one of the upper floors.
