The included breakfast was just coffee, juice or fruit, and toast. They serve that, and anything else costs extra. The internet was slow, and the single elevator is tiny. You can hear everything happening in the street and hallway, and our rooms smelled like sewer or poop. The hotel is old and doesn't look like the photos. Not recommended.

The pillows were hard, there was no hot water, and the internet didn't work. This hotel isn't worth your money. Don't stay here, it's terrible and a rip-off.

I had some trouble with the AC, but the staff sorted it out once they were available. The stay was great otherwise, and I'd definitely consider coming back.

The staff treated us like old friends and seemed to know us well. The location is great, close to lots of activities and attractions, and the “Metrobus” stop on line 1 at station Ciudad Depirtes is just one block away. We loved the terrace on the 5th floor, it's so cute. The restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, put flowers on our table, and the food was delicious. Erick from Recept was very friendly, too. When I cut myself after arriving in Mexico City and stained the blanket while taking a nap, we had a fresh one within 10 minutes. Rogelio handled our checkout super fast at 2:30 am, since our plane left at 5:40am. My partner and I sincerely thank everyone for making our stay so pleasant. G and B

The staff went out of their way to look after me, and this place is a real gem. When I visit Mexico City again, I won't stay anywhere else.
