The front desk crew were very nice and helpful, and I feel bad for them. The person in charge, a lady called Alejandra, was awful. I had to stay here for a month. At first it seemed quite nice, and the building and apartment look good, but the apartment needs major renovations. The sofa was terrible, kitchen tools were broken, the electric stove quit working, the floor was damaged, and the blinds were broken. Everything runs through the internet, so when we lost internet for one night, we couldn't even turn off the lights. There were plenty more problems. The listing is misleading too. There's no gym or hotel service, and the supposed rooftop is just a living-room-like area. Parking was included in the rental, but a space isn't guaranteed, it's first come, first served. If you can, avoid this place.

We came back after an earlier three-month stay, booking for another month, but never again. They put us in room 104 beside the road. It's only quiet-ish from 02:00-05:00, so after that forget about sleeping. There's no a/c, and the traffic noise means you can't leave the window open. Cables run right in front of the balcony, some with bare wires. There's no coffee machine. I asked for one and was told they'd bring it, but it still hasn't arrived. Neither have the cleaners, and the rubbish hasn't been taken out in five days. When we complained, we were told they'd just fire the cleaners. The front door staff are nice, but behind the scenes what an outfit. The first stay had its problems too, and we still decided to return.

Getting onto Periferico for access to the south of Mexico City is convenient, and San Angel and Coyoacan are close. The rooms are very comfortable. There's also a lovely, warm-feeling library where you can spend quiet reading time and enjoy a fantastic view of the nearby forest.

The administration deserves special thanks, they sort out any issues really quickly. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. If I'm in Mexico City again, I'll choose Capitalia!

The rooms were just right, comfortable without being too luxurious, and the staff were excellent and happy to go the extra mile. The bed was the best I've had in Mexico, better than Nikko, I an Hilton. It's easy to get to Santa Fe and quick to reach everything. The place is just off periferico without the noise. I'll stay here again.
