Hotel MX aeropuerto

The internet was okay, the AC worked, the blackout curtains were good, and breakfast was available. It’s fairly close to the airport and can be decently priced sometimes. Wyndham points? But the elevator was broken for my entire stay, and there was no parking available even though the hotel has a lot. The beds were awful. I had severe back pain after the first night, and the pillows were just as bad, lumpy, too hard, too tall, with no real shape. Toiletries came from locked racks, prison style, with no small bottles or bar soap. There was no phone in the room to call reception, no bedside lamps, and no ice machine, which I need. They also asked for ID from everyone staying. Why? The reservation should be enough. I won't stay here again. The hotel misses the things that matter to me: an elevator for heavy luggage, ice for drinks, a comfortable bed, and decent toiletries. I'd like to think they put the money into something else, but I couldn't tell where.

After my trip from Japan, I needed to rest when I got to Mexico, but I can't fairly rate the room because I never stayed. My car was too big for the parking lot, so I had to drive three hours away from Mexico City. The front desk woman was kind and helpful, though. She let me use the restroom and my brother have some of their coffee. The hotel said they couldn't look after my van if I parked it outside, so I canceled. Maybe another time with a smaller rental car.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was small and the lighting poor. I noticed problems with the blinds, and the broken, dirty windows made the place look bad. There was no phone to reach the front desk or hairdryer in the bathroom. Parking has very few spaces and only fits small or medium-sized cars.

I spent a couple of nights in Mexico City before flying home, and this was a convenient spot close to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and the staff gave awesome service.
