The location is perfect for visiting Centro Historico without paying elevated prices. Our room was quiet and on the side away from the street. It’s a clean, modern business-style hotel, with daily cleaning, good towels and bedding, and bottled water in the morning. There’s an elevator, a 24-hour front desk, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a non-smoking floor. I’ll stay here again.

The cancellation came just 11 days before my October stay, even though I’d booked and had it confirmed back on March 15th. When I called, they sent me to a WhatsApp number instead of checking the reservation. Replies there were brief and slow, and then they left me hanging. They blamed a system error but gave no explanation or help fixing it. That’s awful customer service. I’m really ticked off that I now have to find a hotel at the last minute during a busy season. This place feels shady.

Our accommodation got cancelled, but HR came through and saved us. The place was convenient and fairly priced. We’ll definitely come back.

That price was fantastic, and the location put us close to everything. The rooms and bathroom were nice and clean. The windows had no view, which was the one thing I wasn’t keen on. Breakfast wasn’t included, but food is cheap everywhere, so it wasn’t a problem. I’d stay here again.

We come a few times a year and have tried other places, but none fit our needs as well as this one. It’s clean, the service is good, and the location works for us.
