Lumina at Noma Condesa Mexico City

Erika was so helpful, and my family and I had a great stay. The location was wonderful too. There’s a small rooftop spot where you can relax with tea or get laundry done.

The apartments are spacious and the rooftop is lovely. It was such a quiet place to stay in Mexico City, and really good value for the money.

We left after just one night because we couldn't sleep and didn't want to risk being locked out. The gate code had locked out another guest, and customer service was slow to respond. They couldn't restart it or get maintenance there promptly. When we contacted the Whats App number to ask about a refund for the nights we wouldn't use, we were told they'd get back to us right away, then that we wouldn't hear until Monday. After we followed up several times, they said they couldn't refund us, without explaining why. The listing photos looked great, but there was no open air or window to the outside. The only windows faced a tiny courtyard a few feet away, and the room felt dank, with no fans or airflow. The water stayed warm for only about three minutes. The walls were extremely thin, so we heard everything from other rooms, and the bedding felt cheap and thin. The bed slats kept coming together at the top left and bottom right, making the mattress sag down toward the floor. The amenities weren't as presented, and the building materials and furnishings felt very cheap. The location was great, but the accommodation didn't match the photos, and the security measures weren't what we expected.

I stayed at Noma for two weeks, and I'm really glad I chose it. Lumina team was responsive and helpful the whole time. My apartment was just right for one person, with a modern, elegant design and pleasant sheets and towels. Even with all the cute cafes and spots nearby, it stayed very quiet at night. 10/10!
