Breakfast is fruit, apples and bananas, with coffee and biscuits, and they provide filtered drinking water. The staff were friendly, and the place was very clean. I enjoyed my stay. There are a frying pan, several plates and bowls, and basic cutlery. There isn't a proper air conditioner or heater. I thought there was one, but the weather was chilly and the 'wind' sound came from the road outside. The streetlight is very bright at night, so you'll need to close the curtain all the way.

The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the staff were patient and helpful. Rooms are clean and a comfortable size. It's a convenient spot, an easy walk to the supermarket and shopping malls, and definitely worth the price. Since it's a city building, though, it's very loud. The kitchen had no utensils or plates, and there wasn't a TV in the room.

I left after just one night, January 25, even though my confirmed stay was January 24-31. The establishment didn't provide the services I'd booked, and I'm still waiting for a refund for the four remaining nights. Booking.com doesn't seem to care. This place is unreliable, and I'd honestly avoid it. It felt like a fraud, and I can't believe the positive comments. Maintenance was extremely poor. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the furniture was dirty and in bad condition, and there were stains on the walls. The first room's toilet had no seat. There were no glasses, dishes, kitchen cutlery, pans, or hangers. The bed had only a cover, no blankets, and the old, dirty curtains were smaller than the windows.

There's no parking, despite what the listing says, and the place feels dirty and needs maintenance. It's cheap, and you can tell. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you want the cheapest option.
