Their inspection takes an extremely long time and feels intrusive, even if the deposit policy itself may be understandable. The room was very hot, and several electrical appliances didn't work. They also don't follow the cleaning policies shown on online platforms.

The bedrooms can get quite hot, which may be uncomfortable for a tall person. The facilities are excellent, and the location is the main thing. Reception staff are just okay, they lack hospitality.

The room was unbearably hot, so we had to rely on noisy fans. The cash-only 500-peso deposit was another hassle, since everything is done by card these days and we had to go find somewhere to withdraw money. They also send staff in to inspect every plate and glass. One person leaves and another is checking the electrical wiring five minutes later. It was extremely annoying and inconvenient. I’ve never encountered a policy like that at an Airbnb or hotel.
